The owner was responsive and accommodating with our reservation, and there was a great selection of outfits to choose from. The lehenga fit perfectly without needing alterations, though that option was available if needed. Excellent service that made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend Navaa in Medford!

The Nila Kurta & Pants Co-ord crafted from our stunning viscose linen fabrication, trans-seasonal, is a statement piece. Made in our nila print inspired by the elements of jaipur; camel, musical instruments, markets and streets, the set reflects fine artisanal craftsmanship. With an embroidered chinese collar and front opening with hooks, the set has side slits. The kurta is lined and is sleeveless.
Paired with our matching Nila linen pants, this piece has pockets and a border at the hem. Wear it with heels for an elegant look.

This dress is beautiful but not the color I was expecting it’s much darker blue than the advertised photos. The time it took to receive the dress was a little over a month. It fits beautifully and it’s well made.
I found Nava last minute before a wedding and fell in love with the Firefly set. The Nava team was very responsive and helpful, and made sure the set made it to me in time! It was a great hit at the wedding. The one thing that caught me by surprise was the import tax that I had to pay in addition to the shipment fee. Definitely worth paying, but just a heads up for anyone purchasing in the US.
The customer service here is the best — I needed to get this dress asap for a wedding and they delivered! Dress is beautiful and got lots of compliments. However I messed up and measured myself in the morning … when my waist is usually an inch less than it is the rest of the day. I had to invest in some pretty restricting shapewear just to get it to lay right. But that was a fault of my own as they just took my measurements as-is. Definitely wish I could have let it out in the midsection and that the fabric at the halter was printed on both sides! So that you can tie it a variety of ways. I wish I could just take off a half star for that. Otherwise love it and will be dieting ahead of the next time I want to wear it.

The dress was perfect for my little sisters birthday dress! The customer support was so kind and attentive and rushed the order for me so we could get it in time. We're so happy with the quality of the dress and the kindness of the team, would definitely recommend!
This dress is absolutely beautiful! I felt gorgeous and comfortable in it. I would recommend wearing it with some sort of backless bra, which I didn’t have. I also appreciated the packaging it came in, very pretty!
I loved this dress when I saw it online. I was afraid to order due to no returnable. I did a measurement call and very glad I did. It was still a little tight in the waist/ribs. I had a ton of compliments at the event and now on Facebook photos of the event. Pretty. Unique. Comfortable. The one negative is they pieced together the back hem area of the dress with a piece of fabric. Odd. See pics. (But I couldn’t return)
Navaa makes it super easy for me to order my fav Indian designers and reliably ship it on time. I’ve been working with them for years and have had zero issues, only compliments from when I wear their beautiful pieces!

Absolutely loved it! I haven't used it yet, but tried it on. Excellent stiching, hidden zip and hooks. Was such a relief getting this after a string of disappointments from other online purchases. It was also delivered earlier than anticipated! 5 stars from me!

I wore this dress to a friend’s wedding and got so many compliments on it. Super flattering and lightweight which makes it perfect for a warm weather event. Note-please pay attention to the “size guide” because this dress runs small. I’m normally a size 4 so I ordered the small and the dress was very snug in the waist and I have a size 27 waist. Wish I would have paid attention to the size guide as the size Small is a 26” waist. Can’t wait to buy another dress from this designer!
Obsessed with this!! Looks exactly like the photos online. I can’t wait to wear this for my event!! Such a pretty pale yellow with impeccable embroidery. Came super wrinkled but nothing a quick steam couldn’t fix. Loved the customer service too. It took about 1.5 months to get to me but honestly worth the wait!

The dress is even more beautiful and intricate in person. It did take a long time to arrive to me in US, about 5 weeks. There are quite a lot of beads/sequins. One of them was broken but I suppose it’s inevitable when there are so many sequins, and it the dress was folded up and mailed to me in the US. I like the fit of the dress but it is a little hard to get on and off.
I ordered this dress on a rental site and loved it so much I tracked it down to buy it. It is a wonderful fabric and quality!
