RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All our pieces are made-to-order and hence cannot be returned without a valid reason. We advise you to please check the size guides, ordered products, and quantity in the invoice prior to placing your order and accepting your order. If you are in-between sizes, please add notes at checkout or email us as soon as you place the order.
Only in case of faulty items, wrong sizes ( for eg: if you ordered a Medium and you got a L) or damaged goods, we will issue you a full refund once our investigation with the designer is complete.
The following items do not qualify for a return or store credit:
- Made to Order/Measure/Custom/Bespoke/Sale items
- Accessories and Bags do not qualify for a refund, store credit or an exchange.
All successfully returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise or online store credit.
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
All the orders are processed within 48 hours of you placing them. If you change your mind, please contact us within 24 hours of placing an order for a full refund. We cannot guarantee you a refund if the order is already in process.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
If you receive an item, which is damaged, please contact us immediately. If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as refund or store credit. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a credit note if the item cannot be replaced.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To return or exchange a product please email us the order# with invoice number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you with the process.
Your purchase should be sent back to us within 10 days of receiving your order with tags. Loose tags, sweat marks, broken tags or any sign of the outfit being worn, will not be accepted for an exchange or credit note.
Shipping Charges for returned items are born by the customer. Any duties or customs are not Navaa’s responsibility.
