RETURNS

At our company, sustainability is of utmost importance to us, and we take great care in producing all of our pieces in small batches or made-to-order. As a result, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns of our products.

To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we kindly recommend that you carefully review our size guides, product details, and invoice before placing an order and accepting it. If you find yourself in-between sizes, we encourage you to add notes at checkout or contact us via email as soon as possible after placing your order.

However, if you receive an item that is faulty, the wrong size (for instance, if you ordered a Medium and received a Large), or damaged, we will be more than happy to investigate the matter and issue a full refund upon completion of our investigation with the designer.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns or store credit.

  • Made to Order/Measure/Custom/Bespoke/Sale items
  • Accessories and Bags do not qualify for a refund, store credit or an exchange.

REFUNDS
All successfully returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise or online store credit. 
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. 
CANCELLATIONS
All the orders are processed within 48 hours of you placing them. If you change your mind, please contact us within 24 hours of placing an order for a full refund.
Colors
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of color will be completely accurate.
If you receive an item, which is damaged, please contact us immediately. If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as a refund or store credit. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a credit note if the item cannot be replaced.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To return or exchange a product please email us the order# with the invoice number to info@shopnavaa.com and we will help you with the process. 
Your purchase should be sent back to us within 10 days of receiving your order with tags. Loose tags, sweat marks, broken tags, or any sign of the outfit being worn, will not be accepted for an exchange or credit note.
